Health Net, a subsidiary of Centene, announced that it will exit the commercial employer-group insurance market in California and Oregon, with existing coverage ending by February 28, 2027.
The change affects employer-sponsored small- and large-group HMO, PPO, and POS health plans in California, including groups enrolled through CaliforniaChoice.
