About the Presenter

Andréa (Andie) Tena is CAP's Assistant Vice President of Practice Management Services. She brings to CAP over 15 years of streamlining, optimizing, and transforming operations to elevate efficiency and productivity. Prior to joining CAP, she consulted for Innovative Health Management Partner, where she directed multiple cross-functional projects for the largest orthopedic group in Orange County. Prior to that, she was the Director of Market Operations at First Choice Physician Partners/Tenet Healthcare and led the start up of a large, multi-county foundation.
