"Terminating the Physician-Patient Relationship" Presentation (Modesto)

Often times physicians continue the physician-patient relationship when indeed it should be terminated.

Terminating the Physician-Patient Relationship will discuss the parameters of this relationship, including the ethical obligation of the physician. The duties that are triggered when the relationship begins, how it ends, and the liability of allowing the relationship to continue when it should be terminated will be discussed.
