"Terminating the Physician-Patient Relationship" (Orange County)

Join us for the Orange County Medical Group Mangement Association’s June Luncheon, Terminating the Physician-Patient Relationship. Often physicians continue the physician-patient relationship when indeed it should be terminated. This presentation will discuss the parameters of this relationship, including the ethical obligation of the physician. The duties that are triggered when the relationship begins, how it ends, and the liability of allowing the relationship to continue when it should be terminated will be discussed.

Join your fellow Orange County administrators as Dona Constantine, RN, BS, Senior Risk Management & Patient Safety Specialist, from CAP presents this informative and interactive program.

The Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc. (CAP) is proud to partner with the Orange County Medical Group Management Association (OCMGMA) in providing this luncheon presentation.
