OCMA Physician Wellness: Using the 'Rising Strong' Process in Life and Work

Join OCMA and Cooperative of American Physicians for a Physician Wellness Event, Using the 'Rising Strong' Process in Life and Work. Dr. Pamela Honsberger and Dr. Michael Lee will be presenting this virtual event featuring the final step of Brene Brown's "Rising Strong" process to adopt behaviors such as setting boundaries , self-control, and the ability to build trust with others.

Dr. Pamela Honsberger and Dr. Michael Lee spoke on Brene Brown's "Rising Strong" process a few months ago and described the Reckoning and Rumbling process. The final step is the Revolution where one takes the learnings from the first 2 steps and applies them to practice in one's life. Dr. Honsberger and Dr. Lee will provide examples of how one can apply it both life and work through behaviors such as setting boundaries, self-control, and ability to build trust with others. The "Rising Strong" process allows us to be brave and "When we have the courage to walk into our story and own it, we get to write the ending". - BrenĂ© Brown.
