How will this change impact your in-force book of business?

CAPAssurance will continue to provide uninterrupted and excellent service for your in-force book through the expiration of the policy.

How will policy changes be handled during the current policy period?

Please continue to reach out to the CAPAssurance Service Team Member for any changes or questions during the current policy period.

How will open claims be handled and how will any new claims or incidents be reported?

CAPAssurance Claims staff will continue managing open claims. New claims or incidents may be reported through the expiration of the policy. To avoid delays, Loss Notices should be submitted directly to the Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc.
