'Responding to the Challenge of Workplace Violence' Lunch and Learn

Would you like to run a safer, more successful practice? The Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc. (CAP) is pleased to join the Sacramento Medical Group Management Association (SMGMA) in presenting a risk management program designed to help you do just that. CAP’s own Susan Jones, CPHRM will teach you what you need to know about workplace violence and how to prevent it. Medical practices are not immune to workplace violence of any kind, so make sure you are prepared.

This presentation will help you:

  • Understand workplace violence in the medical practice
  • Recognize the warning signs
  • Realize the importance of educating staff
  • Find effective strategies for prevention
